Jeffry Lawlor L.C.S.W.

Jeffry Lawlor is a dedicated psychotherapist who utilizes (R.E.B.T) Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, a form of cognitive behavioral therapy. He works with people to overcome emotional or behavioral challenges and lead fulfilling lives. Jeffry’s approach is rooted in the belief that our thoughts directly influence our emotions and behaviors. Through REBT, he empowers his clients to identify and challenge unhelpful beliefs, replacing them with healthier, more adaptive, and flexible thought patterns to reduce disturbances and create meaningful change. His therapeutic style is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to meet your unique needs.

Jeffry’s approach to therapy involves working together to identify the problem area and create a logical and practical plan to help you deal with difficult situations and challenging people. We will focus on solutions that help you achieve your goals. Jeffry has also completed SMART Recovery training for professionals to help clients who are fighting addictions.

There is hope. We can work together to change your unhelpful thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes. This will help you take constructive action to manage unhelpful emotions and work toward your life goals.
